Update: After sending email, Norman the community manager got back to me the following day. Went in and settled. The reason I left it at 3 stars is because of the recent experiences at this property. I live here for 2 years and issues only arose when pinnacle took over. I believe Norman is doing a good job staying of top of things but there's a specific employee here that really needs to work on her customer service. I waited while she toured a future resident, completely different attitude with me, as if I didn't deserve to be treated equal. The property is good and in a great convenient area but her service was upsetting. I have to travel a lot the next month ( month my 2nd lease ends) and I'll be moving out of state within a year so I figured I'll not only start a new lease here for the third time but I'll also upgrade back to a 2 bedroom. Well now I don't know if I should, it's very upsetting. Well let's hope Norman can save the day again. On another note, they need to consider putting some speed bumps in the community. A lot of cars speed and I've seen many cars come to a near accident and once my mother was in town and almost got hit by a young woman in a all black Lexus. Also seen a mother and her son almost get hit by a truck due to speeding. Horrible. Speed bumps would definitely help keep this community safe. Parents be careful with your kids when walking in the community.
