  • I just can't say enough great things about Infinity Heating & Cooling and Richard! Wow! On Wednesday 7/8 we received a desperate call from one of our high end retail clients letting us know that their AC was not working. (NOT GOOD, no one like to spend money when they are hot and sweaty). I called several HVAC companies in LV and they all told me that it would be a couple of days before they could have anyone out to inspect. This was NOT going to fly with our client. I decided to take to Yelp and found Infinity Heating & Cooling. Richard said that it would not be a problem and that he would be on site in an hour or so! He called me once he arrived to the store, again after he inspected the units, and after the work was complete. I felt so reassured knowing that our client was being taken care of, Richard really went out of his way to keep me informed as we are located in California and could not have anyone from our company on site. Being in the construction industry, I have dealt with thousands of subcontractors, and I have to say that Richard and Infinity Heating & Cooling have far exceeded all of my expectations. Not only were they they ONLY company that had a same day appointment, his rates were very fair and the store manager raved at how professional, knowledgeable and courteous he was while he was on site. If I could rate them 10 stars I would! Thank you again Richard for responding to our service call so quickly and for making the repairs in a timely manner! I would "HIGHLY" recommend using them for all of your HVAC needs.
