  • First time client at Baldwin Eye Care, came for annual eye exam and updating eye glass/contact prescriptions. Ambience: Very spacious, clean, tranquil. Reception: Efficient, professional yet personable, asks pertinent questions and is authentic (which I appreciate). Screening tests/diagnostics: Efficient techs, I appreciate that all the tests are in one room, I didn't feel rushed at all and it was a very smooth process to get my baseline readings in prep for the actual exam. Exam: Optometrist very pleasant, again-very efficient despite having a string of clients waiting in lobby and in queue to be seen. Again- didn't feel rushed, very thorough exam, all my questions were answered, I appreciate that he explained the vasculature of my eyes after those pictures were taken. Overall, highly recommend! Sorry for the previous reviewer who didn't like their office hours.
