  • These people are simply incredible. We choose not to put 1000 miles at a time going to San Diego or Los Angeles from Phoenix on our own vehicles, and usually rent from the Bell and 28th Street location. Why? In the last year or two, we have rented vehicles with free upgrades, and of course Enterprise is well known for not charging for mileage going to states near AZ. But the best part is the people here. They listen to you, and deal with problems (usually small) immediately and concisely. We use this location only because we know the people here are customer service oriented, and did I mention their cars are pretty great too?
