This should be zero because I didn't even receive the service I was scheduled for. My sister gave me a Groupon for Nails by Gina for my bday. I have a regular place that I go to but since it was a gift, I wanted to use it. I exchanged several texts with Gina to schedule an appointment. I gave her a list of dates I was available and my preference for time. She finally told me May 12 Sat at 9:30 am even though I specified that I prefer an afternoon appointment if it's on a Saturday. But just to get it over with, I agreed (even though it means I'm missing my Son's soccer). So I finally show up to said appointment and she didn't have me in her appointment book at all. She was working with another customer who apparently was scheduled for 9:30 also. She apologized for her mistake (I guess that deserves one star) and asked if I can come back in the afternoon. So I'm getting a refund from Groupon and filing a complaint. They should be more respectful of people's time.
