The ambience of this place is really cool. I love walking in and looking at all of the desserts. It's always crowded when you go in and it's funny to watch the elderly people their fight over tables because they think they're all regulars and on the place. I wanted to try something different then "the bagel ". I tried it with lobster salad sandwich. Of course when you go to a place that is not known for a lobster salad sandwich you pretty much get what you pay for. I'm not sure there was any lobster in it but it was pretty good. And they serve it on a sourdough bread. Which was my fault of course but I thought that it would actually come on a roll the bread was so thin that it soaked through the salad sandwich and to be quite honest was subpar. So my recommendation when you go to this place is go for what's not on the menu I'll try the matzoh ball soup next time
