  • Jake L and Dana George do their best to ignore you when problems happen. When your hotel doors are broke. When you get robbed. Jake and Dana are, in addition to poor managers, poor liars. I have yet to have a single call returned. A single email answered. Yelp correspondence has been my ONLY correspondence with Jake L and Dana George. This hotel is shady.
