  • Wow these guys exceeded my expectations! I called on Friday afternoon, needing help pretty quick since our fridge was sputtering out fast. I was given a 2-4pm window for service the next day, which was awesome since the first three places I called couldn't fit me in until Monday. I was told my technician would be Charlie. The next day Charlie gives me a call, says he can actually come a bit earlier which was a nice surprise. He diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes, and had the replacement part in his truck. Within 45 minutes our fridge was quietly pumping cold air, and it cost less than I expected. Can't say enough about Charlie, he was very friendly and personable, and obviously well-versed in his craft. The next time I have an appliance issue that I can't fix myself, I'm calling Affordable Appliance Repair, and asking for Charlie.
