  • I am updating this review after contacting Red Hawk multiple times-they have fixed the problems that were requested for repair. I still think their response time for repairs is slow, and that several the maintenance issues should have been addressed prior to occupancy as Freo Arizona LLC. owns my property and closed on it in March 2014 and since I didn't move in until June 30-there was plenty of time to repair the rental for tenants. The previous occupant of the home-whether it was the previous owner or perhaps they rented it out left it in a destructive condition, and as a child of previous landlords, I think there are certain expectations for rentals to be tenant ready. I blame the company, Freo Arizona LLC. for these problems as they should have assessed the property, but they did hire Red Hawk Property Management thus, Red Hawk should have properly assessed it prior to occupancy, especially because they had 27 days from the time I placed the hold payment and application until the move-in date. My only understanding was that the grass was dead and could be revived with some water. Another discovery has been the amount of dirt and grime in the home that was not cleaned prior to my occupancy. The backyard was finally repaired after multiple attempts; however, the owner of Red Hawk Realty did demonstrate better customer service and visited the home for the first time. I appreciated his taking the time to consider the tenant and to visit and assess the home. I only wish that had been taken care of in the months prior to a tenant occupying the home. Truly that is my only major issue-it seems that Jerry, the owner, does care about his tenant and wants them to be happy and enjoy their time in the rentals. He is very hands-on once he is involved in the rental. I am only giving three stars because while I am pleased that they are finally fixing everything that was broken, destroyed, or incorrectly installed be previous owners, it should have been done before I moved in or at least completed quickly as they took nearly a month to repair all requests that were discovered in the first week of moving in to the home. Otherwise, they are caring and concerned about making sure both renter and owner of the property are pleased.
