Since it appears that no one has reviewed this place in a while, let me give y'all an update on the current service standards. I went in yesterday to get a new sim put in to my device since I had just started my service with them over the weekend. As the employee is pulling the sim tray out on my excellent condition Samsung S7 Edge, he breaks it. I figured that since he broke it he would just say "hey sorry, I can find a quick replacement for that, just give me a second". Instead, the employee decided to be condescending and tell me that the only thing they could do to help me is sell me a new phone.
Luckily, I live nearby a different AT&T authorized retailer and they just went in the back and got a new part for me, just like that.
It's weird how easily minor problems can be resolved when people actually care about their reputation and the reputation of the store they represent.
