  • Dropped my car off at 7:30am and picked it up at 5pm. Should not take entire day to do a simple oil change. Not once did Steve, my service advisor, call and give me an update. I had to call numerous times and leave a voicemail for an update on my vehicle. NEVER will be going back, even if they did offer a free oil change the next time.
