  • Called twice to try and schedule an appt to take care of a recall issue with my Jeep. Was told both times by the same person in service that they would have to check and see if parts were in stock and I would get a call back. Still waiting on that call.... Called Gerry Woods Jeep in Salisbury and have an appt scheduled with no "part check" or run around. I plan on buying a new Grand Cherokee in the next few months. It will not be purchased from Lake Norman Jeep.
