  • I give this hospital a five star because they have always treated my dad as VIP. No lie my dad goes in about 4 times a year. Do to diabetes. The housekeepers are a plus. They maintain the hospital spotless even thought the supervisor has cut their hours. The only thing I give a 1 star and I complained to a housekeeper and she said that they cut their hours and so they don't have anyone assigned for the 8th floor. My dad has been here for 3 days and no one has came to clean. The hospital seems packed and they cut the employees hours. If they keep this up no one will admit here. Right now mountain view is looking better. Assign full timers or make the supervisor work his ass off on the 8th floor. Just saying.
