rev:text	Where do I even begin. First off, I adopted from a Rescue called Arizona Small Dog rescue and they work with Petco. Really I don't like Petco I've never had a good experience with them like I have in petsmart and pet club. Not only was my new dog sicker then hell. Which the shelter lied to us about! So I'm already angry upset and sad about this so I went to Petco to grab my puppy some more canned wet food on my lunch break, mind you I work at a pet resort and training center so I am in my work clothes. I'm shopping around and I get to the food and the whole shelf of my brand of food is empty. I see that they are restocking and just got a shipment in. So I try and find someone to see if maybe the had the food it just wasn't on the shelf yet. I look around for a total of 15 minutes trying to find someone. During this 15 minutes 4 other customers are looking for an employee as well. Well because I am in my work shirt all these customers are yelling at me thinking I work at Petco. So on my lunch break I had to deal with customers that aren't even my customers screaming at me. I had to calmly explain to them that I do not work at Petco and I as well am looking for an employer to assist me. Even tho they apologized it's still ruins your mood when you have been screamed at by 4 different people. Most of them just left. I see someone in the office too busy on the phone to notice that people are looking for them there's on girl ringing there bell over and over again and still no one shows. Finally the person in the office yells out completely unprofessionally " for god sakes someome come up to the register you guys" She continued to be on the phone after that. Still no one shows A few mins later 3 employees come up. Laughing giggling talking not rushing at all. 2 go into the office not caring at all just laughing and talking away. The 3rd one takes her time to get to the register doesn't apologize. Nothing. And on top of that her customer service was HORRIBLE. I explain to here I need canned wet food for my puppy and asked if maybe she could get me a few cans. She goes to the office where the lady on the phone and the other girls are at. I hear the lady on the phone tell her that" she's not dealing with it tell them to come back later" She's comes back to tell me that even tho what I need is in store she can't get it for me. So I'm pissed and I walk back to the shelf I need and I look and I see the food I need in plastic wrap. So your telling me you can cut plastic give me a couple cans and mark it off your inventory? SHITTY SHITTY PLACE . Unfortunately this is the closet pet store near my house but I will now ALWAYS drive out of my way to go to petsmart pet club and Ryan's pet supplies. Petco is over priced out of all these company's I just listed! Guys save your money and go some where cheaper and better quality people. Over all if a manger reads this please respond to it I would love to here what you have to say. Train your employees better. Over all don't go to Petco and don't adopt with a rescue that works with Petco I had horrible experiences with both. My other dog I got from a company that worked with petsmart called follow your heart animal rescue and they covered all the shots for my puppy ( which Arizona small dog rescues did not) there prices were better for adoption and petsmart really helped us out and walked with us grabbing what we needed while we carried our new puppy.
