  • I purchased my fiancee's engagement ring here, and only have good things to say about my experience. I went in with a general idea of the ring I wanted to buy, assuming I'd have to come back a few different times just to make a final decision. Sally, however, patiently helped me look through a number of options throughout the store. We were able to order a few diamonds the same day. When I came back in to make my final decision, I also worked with Tom, who was just as helpful in explaining the differences between each stone, showing them in different lighting, and finally laying out the timeline for when I could expect to receive the completed ring (an estimated three weeks for shipping and customization). Amazingly, it only took about two weeks, with the whole shopping process taking about three weeks.
