  • I was tricked into putting a deposit down to buy a home. They pre approved me for the loan. I put down my $3000 on a Sunday evening, the following Saturday I decided to back out because I didn't think that I would qualify to buy the house. Lauren assured me that I would and also said to me that I can't get my money back because they already deposit my check. Two wks later they let me have a walk through at my house and give me my welcome home kit too, then a week later they told me my loan was not approved. I asked multiple of times and email Lauren for my deposit back. No result, she keep telling me that I can always use that as a credit when I wanted a house w American West but there's no paper to guarantee me of what she's said. It has been over two yrs and they just completely ignored me. I GOT ROBBED at 6095 Pirates Delight Ave.
