  • I visited AMC Dine in Movie Theater 2.26.17 and I was disappointed to see that the Quality of service here has greatly diminished and now it's just a ratchet hole. For starters; the movie theater's restrooms are downright filthy stinky truck stops. It's like a week worth of customers kicked in the restroom door from the hallway entrance and relieved themselves. The Cinema seat dining Menus are covered in a grey thrush-ey film like someone has been licking all over them. Flatware is dirty and the ketchup bottles have questionable contents. (I see an infection control issue on the horizon). My neighbor's reclining seat didn't work. Food Service is also delayed or misaligned The theater use to employ workers with the same mentality or professionalism as an Apple Store employee. Now it's like they recruit staff from the nearest whack Church's Chicken who simply don't care about their job. They need service dogs to help guide them to bring food back to the correct customer. My strawberry Fanta refill was given to the wrong person 3 spaces away from me (and the stranger actually accepted my old glass -yuck!!). Don't waste your date night money here. In the alternative, Invest in a big comfy couch, microwave popcorn and watch Netflix at home.
