I have to say that I had high hopes for Fat Pasha. I had been dying to go for years but the opportunity just never came up. Anyway, I stopped in with a friend for lunch on a Friday. The service was good and I liked the presentation of the mint tea. I really enjoyed the pickles and olives. My friend really liked the potatoes. I ordered the turkey shawarma hummus and she had the falafel. Both were served with skhug, which I thought was supposed to be a flavourful cilantro hot sauce. It was anything but. The turkey and the lamb schmaltz were good. The hummus was also on the bland side. My friend said the best part of her falafel was the coleslaw. Anyway, there was some good and some not so good. I probably won't go back.
