  • This is always a packed area anyways but I needed to quickly pick up some prints I ordered online so I came on my lunch break. Finally found a parking spot and hurried in only to have the one person behind the desk not even acknowledge that someone had walked in or say something like "be right with you". So I stood their waiting until he finally looked at me and still said nothing...awesome customer service there. Thankfully a manager in the back saw me waiting alone and quickly came to help. Unfortunately for full color prints on card stock the colors came out super desaturated almost like dried out ink, not usually the quality prints we get at another fedex location.
