I had a confirmed appointment for 7am this morning that I worked with Seven to schedule. I'll post the email communication/confirmation to the photos section for reference.
When they didn't show up by 7:20 we called them and were told there was no service today. We explained that we had an appointment and they said I received a voicemail rescheduling it. I checked my voicemail and the last one I have is from Steven on 5/31 following up with me to schedule the appointment. We then scheduled the appointment the day after via email (see photos for email screenshot).
We told them we didn't receive a voicemail and just the email confirmation. They VERY rudely informed us that they only do confirmations through voicemail, not email.
Obviously this was a huge waste of time and we showed up late to work unnecessarily but more important was the way they talked to us. They were extremely rude and dismissive.
They literally just needed to get this appointment correct (because you only have to be home for the first appointment, the rest they only spray outside) and we would have been the bi-monthly customers for years. But due to their rudeness they have lost our business.
TIP: I gathered a few quotes -- Green Home Pest Control and Insectek Pest Solutions offer the same type of services (initial treatment and then bi-monthly) for approximately the same price. Their contact info is below. I HIGHLY recommend you don't waste your time with Bulwark and reach out to one of them instead. I will be scheduling with one of them today.
