  • What a remarkable company. Service on all types of vehicles and in all types of situations. I've even sent my teenage daughter in here to learn how to get service for her vehicle. So when my Prius tripped on a parking curb, detaching the under plate which we'd screwed back in place after my last overly-exuberant encounter with a parking curb, I headed to Advanced for a quick fix. Quick because I had to drive back to LA the next day, and wasn't sure what to expect. These guys protected me! They could have made so many self-serving choices (and I wouldn't have known any better), but they didn't. They decided to be cautious and conservative for me, instead of sales-driven for themselves. In fact, tho they zip tied the wind plate to the car for me, spending their time and energy, they refused to take even a penny in payment. These are nice people. People of integrity. They've got my business for life.
