  • I brought my car in, with my winter tires, already on the rims for them to swap over from the summer tires. I asked them to check out these tires before they installed them, and they installed a flat tire. When I came to pick it up, the right rear tire was flat. I pointed this out to them, and about 45 minutes later they said that my tire should be fine now. They were unclear about any repairs that may have been done. That night I took my wife and daughter out, and on our way home, became aware of a funny sound which ended up being me driving down the road on a flat tire. I hired an Uber to take them home, and then had to switch tires (fortunately some of the other tires were still in the trunk) So basically CANADIAN TIRE INSTALLED A FLAT TIRE ON MY CAR....TWICE IN ONE DAY. That and the fact that their service desk was apparently short handed meant that they CHOSE not to answer the phone, so when I tried to call during the day to see if I needed to buy a new tire or not, there was nobody to answer the phone. Customer service: ZERO Actual quality of work: ONE. Never coming back here.
