Gorgeous store but they have horrible customer service.
If you are going to sell vintage Dior, Louboutin, Vuitton and Prada treat your customers the way they do. I'd rather go to the real LV store and spend the extra money to be treated like a human being being. It's a detriment to the brands they carry to have snots for employees. And it destroys the beauty of the clothes and the store itself. Such a shame.
That's how important customer service is and this store doesn't get it.
Amazing selection but their sales would be higher if they got better customer service reps. Our helper was on the phone the entire time about how they should increase the invoice for someone because the client was a "prick". Very unprofessional. I asked to look at a few things in the jewellery cabinet and she continued to be on the phone on a personal call the entire time. She looked up to bring us into the conversation " we all like making money right?" .
The irony was epic.
