  • I work for a property management company and we have in the past only dealt with Air Pro masters through home warranty claims. Recently we branched out and started using them outside of the home warranties and have added them to our vendors list. Every time we have needed them they have gone above and beyond, regardless if they are slammed or not. We just had an ac unit that needed a compressor replaced. I received the call at 4:00pm and they pulled strings to get someone out that night, even if it was late. Most AC companies right now wouldn't do that. They would tell you it would be next day or 2-3 days out. Unfortunately they weren't able to get it repaired that night due to the unit needing a compressor, something out of there control, but as soon as they opened the next morning i had an email from Sabrina with an estimate and the replacement was put on the schedule for that afternoon. They were able to get the repair done fast for us and our tenants and all of us all around were very happy at how fast everything went. Roman is also an awesome tech, always going above and beyond. We highly recommend Air Pro Masters.
