We have gone to the Northlake studio for the last 3 years and on 2/28/2015 I received the most appalling "customer service" I have ever received. We were til to review our pictures and write down the ones we wanted and then when I asked the representative a question she became defensive and rude. She continued to talk over me as I asked why we had such few pictures to look at and was told if I had a problem I need to talk to the photographer. According to the photographer my daughter blinked a lot and bad lighting in the room was to blame. We were frustrated and asked for the manager and she just apologized for the girl who spoke to is rudely and offered a free sheet. I am so disappointed that with even speaking with the store manager he defended his employee and her behavior by saying she has always gotten high remarks about her service. In all of my years I have never been treated so poorly and rudely by an employee and will be sure to tell friends and family not to go back there.
