  • I can't make up my mind if to give a 3 or 4 stars. It can definitely be a 5 star if only they changed a few things. The rooms are nice, the kitchen is so convenient, they have a washer and a dryer . We were in a 2 bedroom villa, very spacious. It has 2 restrooms. The master bedroom has a jetted tub. We were so excited about that till I turned it on to make sure it was clean before letting my boys go in. As soon as I turned it on hair came out of the jets and the water looked the way it should look after using it. It was so disgusting I did not let my kiddos go in. Bacteria grows in those pipes, I was not going to let my kids go in in that condition. Very disappointing!!! We were told that these rooms were renovated. According to them it was renovated in January. The cabinets were chipped, the refrigerator was old and dirty, the bottom was broken off. The shower wall was dirty, I sprayed water on it and it came off so easily. Goes to show how well they clean it. I grabbed a hand towel to dry my face, when I opened it it had what look like spaghetti sauce, on it. Really??? It had 2 very noticeable stains. The comforter on our bed had holes, we kept wondering where all the feathers like things were coming from. I'm not excited to stay here again but may come back one day if nothing else is available. Please do a better job. These rooms are not cheap.
