  • My fiance and I were searching for the perfect ring. We were told about a 50% off sale on select rings. So we spent some time looking at the sale rings and I fell in love with a lovely princess cut ring. My fiance picked out his wedding band while we were there. Once we went to pay, the manager told us there wasn't a sale on the rings we had picked out. He stood there the entire time, watching the salesperson help us, and didn't say anything when she told us about the "sale". When my fiance mentioned that he had found the same wedding band on amazon.com the manager told us we should go to a pawn shop. The salesperson and the manager became very rude and practically ushered us out of the store. Never have I been so embarrassed! We were prepared to pay upfront for the rings and instead we got the run-around, were lied to, and then treated as scum. I will NEVER give London Gold my business and will, instead, refer people to Ben Bridge Jewelers where we ended up buying both my engagement ring and wedding band.
