rev:text	One of the worst customer services experiences I've had dealing with my car !! I bought new tires with insurance from this location. I recently ran something over and put a hole in the side wall. I took it to Monti who worked at this location Friday afternoon. I have a Challenger RT I have done some work to but nothing crazy. It's a nice looking car though and has sport lowering suspension so driving with a donut was difficult. Monti told me they didn't have a tire anywhere in Vegas for my car. I asked if there was anything they could do because I had a wedding to go to Saturday. His reply was "what do you want me to do shit you a tire" ?? I said no but can you put something on there because I can't drive it like that. He looked at my car and said "look man I have a 71 Nova that will do circles around that car" ! At this time I got upset and said what the hell does that have to do with you guys fixing my tire ?!! He said they wouldn't have the tire till Saturday or Monday morning. I returned Monday and he said they wouldn't have it till Tuesday ! I said man this is taking almost 5 days for a tire can you guys find something please. Monti told me he wasn't going to pay triple to a vendor just to get me one tire. He said I will need to wait. He was rude and the service provided was not good or professional. Cussing at me and then his need to tell me he has a nicer car than me had nothing to do with the service I needed. I don't recommend this place to anyone !!!
