One night I was craving champurrado & tamales and yelp told me this place had both. This place is known for their tamales and is a very well and long established spot on Las Vegas blvd & Charleston. So I thought i couldn't go wrong going there. The champurrado was okay... they made it out of masa instead of harina and it just didn't taste the way it's supposed to. The tamales were no better than the ones you can buy frozen at your nearest grocery store. Except the chicken & green chili one. Those were good. The prices are good and the service is nice. I watched those servers break a swear by how urgently they were running around to get to everyone. It was nice to see an establishment care like that. The three stars goes to them.... the food, left something to be desired.
