  • I will never do business here again and logged a complaint with Nissan Customer Service. Bought a car in October, car was less than clean so sales rep promised me free floor mats throughout vehicle since they were filthy. They were supposed to be delivered to my home 2 months ago and since then all I have gotten are excuses and lies all the way up through management. For the last several weeks I was told multiple times by the sales rep and his manager that they would be driven to my home that day or the next and it never happens. They have since promised me other freebies....and nothing. They have no interest in customer care and satisfaction after a sale. I bought my last 3 cars from Tempe Toyota, and Nissan will never get my repeat business.
