I had an appointment booked for a windshield replacement at my house. They took a deposit on my credit card. You would think the deposit would hold the reservation. Three days before the appointment I receive a message on my phone saying from Speedy requesting me to call to confirm the appointment. WHY?? You have my deposit. I was unable to reach the number they had given me. This was very frustrating. After repeated calls I finally managed to get hold of them. They then said the installer would come between the hours of 8 - 12. Guess what time they showed up.....12. Unbelievable.
Not sure if this location was the culprit...I'm writing this in regards to the entire organization. Bad customer service.
