  • 1 star for bad service, incorrect diagnosis, and the doctor did not seem knowledgeable at all. The doctor told me I would have a prescription ready at a pharmacy of my choice but after arriving at the pharmacy a few hours later to give them time to fill the prescription, they told me there was never anything sent from the doctor and there is nothing being filled for me. I was also unable to understand part of what the doctor was saying because of a very thick accent. I also have a very good health insurance plan and the front desk told me that they accept my insurance. About 2 weeks after coming to this horrible place I received an email stating I would have to pay an extra $185 out of pocket. So basically almost a $200 bill for doing absolutely nothing but wasting my time. **Avoid this franchise of urgent care unless you like to have your time and money wasted.** After a few more days of being sick I tried a different urgent care and got the correct diagnosis, the medication I needed, and I was free of the sickness I had within a few short days. I would give fastmed 0 stars if I could but 1 star was the lowest I can rate.
