  • Let's say I was very impressed with their services.... I had brake replacement, oil change, tube change etc.... I was impressed with their service quality and cost. Then, they changed the manager.... the new manager told me that the pipes on the front and side were leaking... and it is very dangerous to drive hmmm... leaking but my driveway wasn't stained.... he told me it'd be $1,200 to 1,900 to fix the issue. Ok, my 2004 Toyota Camry isn't worth more than $4,500.... and the fix isn't gonna cost that much! So I brought my car to Whitney in South Scottsdale, and their mechanics told me there isn't any leak at all! Ok... someone is lying their way out to get more sales and prove themselves. I'm very disappointed... I thought I found the right place, but this new manager ruined my dream! Ok, the above incident happened in November/December... I'm back in store today.... it's a new manager. He changed my battery and did my oil change. Pretty good service. I'm back.
