  • I called at 9:30 am with a refrigerator that lost power and Vladimir was at my home by 12:30 and diagnosed the problem within about 15 minutes and then had to go get the part. He was back about 3:15 and had it fixed within 10 minutes. He kept me informed of his planned arrival times via text and actually came in with a price that was lower than he first told me it would be. How often does that happen? He took a quick look at our washing machine too and told us that it didn't look like there was any major issues to worry about and would take a look/listen if I could send a quick video if the problem recurred and he'd come right out if it was something to worry about. I found Vladimir to be very honest and fair with his pricing and it was very nice to have the communication we received so we were informed of what to expect. I highly recommend them!
