  • I need to update this review, as I have recently started patronizing this location again--they had the best price on the pellets I've switched to feeding, and so I gave it another try starting about 7 months ago. I must say that I have been consistently pleased with the level of service and friendliness that I receive here since I began visiting again: I stop in at least twice a month, and I am usually greeted, rung up, and assisted with carrying feed out to the car in a friendly and prompt manner. Their hours are also convenient, and I continue to find their location great as well. The one thing I would prefer to change is some of the equestrian inventory: it seems to skew heavily Western, and there have been a couple of things I have looked for that they didn't carry (e.g., rubber bell boots, either velcro or pull-on). However, this is only a slight inconvenience, and the service and price on feed more than make up for it! TL;DR: I am happy that my initial concerns appear to have disappeared, and I find their service consistently friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work, Pet Club!
