  • I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I went to this place because I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life! So first thing: She refused to tell me the price until until the tips were on. She says she was baking it off of length and shape. I've never had to do that since I've started getting my nails done. Second thing: I paid the woman before she put the polish on. My total was $25, and I have her $30. I usually do try to tip more, since I am a hairstylist and I understand that we in the beauty industry live off our tips. But, I also believe in tipping based off of experience. She was doing ok, but kept yanking on my hands and hurting me. So, I still tipped, but it was an "exactly 20%" situation. She took the $30 and asked me firmly twice if "that's all" I was going to give her. I confirmed that "yes, my bill was $30, and $5 for tip." She angrily put my money in her drawer and started to polish my nails. Third (and biggest) thing: She was about to put the top coat on when I accidentally banged my hand against the fan and (again ACCIDENTALLY) ruined 3 nails. Now, I've been getting my nails done for long enough to know that that's a 3 second fix. But, she went nuts! I mean, seriously, she started making all these overly-exaggerated, frustrated noises, rolling her eyes and saying things like "I can't believe this!" I was mortified! After her going on about this for about 2 minutes, I finally told her I was going to leave. She grabbed my hand back and told me to stay. I explained how rude she had been being and how it was an accident and that what she was doing was completely uncalled for. She didn't even apologize for treating me this way!!! She finished my nails and then had to nerve to ask if I wanted a pedicure. I said "absolutely not". As I waited for my nails to dry, she stared me down until I finally just got up and left, with wet nails. This place is horrible! If I had ever spoken to one of my clients or reacted to something like that, I would have been fired on the spot. She thinks that she is entitled to more tip and that she can speak to clients however she wants. I will never go to this place again AND I will spread the word. One of my friends also had a very bad experience with the man who works here. So, we will be telling everyone not to ever go here. They should be ashamed of themselves with how they treat customers. Take it from someone in the same industry: you need your clients! This place would have been my new regular spot, because I've been looking for a new nails tech for a while. She could have easily gained a new regular client, but she treated me like garbage instead.
