  • Just waited over 10 minutes with no hostess in sight for our group or the 4 other groups waiting. Completely unacceptable. Several employees walked by or through with blinders on, couldn't even reassure us that someone would be out soon. I get that brunch is a busy time, but ignoring 15 people in your waiting area is never okay.
