I asked them for pricing as i wanted to gift hair service to a friend on her birthday. The first person i spoke with didn't understand me and said the manager will call me back. Two days later the manager still hadn't called, so i decided to call instead. While talking with her, i started to feel as if it was going to be a hassle, as she seemed hesitant to book the service and charge my card over the phone. In short, customer service needs to be improved.
I ended up, booking hair service at another salon within minutes of hanging up. It wasn't as close to my friends home but the service over the phone was much better.
