I wish there was a way to give them Negative stars. If there is ever a issue with your sprint phone NEVER take it to service at 75th and Bell. They will not fix ANYTHING and just have you claim it on insurance. I went in there and they broke my phone, then told me I had to call and get a replacement from insurance because I PHYSICALLY damaged my phone. Long story short I went to another store once I got my replacement and they informed me that that was a typically problem in the EVO and to bring it in again if it happens they fix that problem ALL the time. One bad mistake that ended in me being 86ed from the store completely and $100 out of my pocket. I truly believe that the store on 75th and Bell would rather just have you pay for new phones then fix anything. Please Learn from my mistake, and take the phone to another service store....
