  • I have never stayed at this particular hotel but my niece`s fiancĂ©e, while down in Vaughan on business, has. I`ve only been into the lobby so I don't know if it`s reflective of the rest of the hotel. He mentioned it was one of the nicest hotels he`s been to in Vaughan and that the staff are uber friendly. Room was nicely appointed and location was perfect for work. His only complaint was that he asked their concierge one evening to recommend a place in the neighbourhood to grab a pizza at and he was advised that there were none and to order a pizza in his room from Pizza Pizza. Seriously, Pizza Pizza. SERIOUSLY. He was asking as we had taken him to Marcello`s the night before and he LOVED the pizza and wanted to go back but couldn't remember the name or location of the restaurant...thought the concierge might spur his memory. Regardless, there must be a dozen restaurants in the area with fantastic pizza`s and their concierge recommends ordering from Pizza Pizza..... Seriously. Needless to say...he wasn`t impressed with the concierge or the pizza.
