  • As a Central Phoenix business owner and homeowner, there is something wrong with the boutique owners in this area. Modern Lighting owner is used to poor Mid-western now "big city" Phoenix people who enjoy over paying for his estate sale re-sale items? He is rude and arrogant. He has a few peices that are worthy of such pricing but he certainly can't justify the prices based on his pitiful strip mall overhead. There's too much junk otherwise. Get a clue dude and treat the neighbors right. And Mr. General Q. Public- stop encouraging these asses by being willing to pay ridiculous prices for crap ok? Thank you, Erin R.
