  • A wonderful organization that truly cares about the rats. I adopted three rats from here and fostered quite a few. Those rats were the best pets I ever had and I always remember them fondly. ARR is always open to new rat owners and they don't have the condescending aura that several other animal rescues pick up over the years. They're just here for the rats. Friendly, warm, caring people.
