rev:text	I just moved to Gilbert from out of state and needed to find a place to not only get my dog groomed, but also my cat (I am currently staying with someone that has allergies until I can move into my house). Through Yelp I found Furry Beginnings.... Let me start by saying I have never been more impressed with a grooming studio. When I called, the owner Olivia answered. She got some info from me, and had me scheduled for two days out. Not even five minutes later she called me back to let me know they had a cancellation and could actually get me in same day! When I got there, not only was I greeted by Olivia, but every one of the staffers came by to say hello to me and my dog. She got tons of attention right away, which helped since she has been a little nervous since the move. One groomer took my cat right back into a private room so he didn't get upset with all the commotion and then came back to ask questions regarding his experience getting groomed so she could better gauge how he would handle the experience. This particular groomer ( my apologies, I cannot remember her name) specializes in cats so I felt confident my kitty was in great hands! When I got my animals back (Dad picked them up) they were both so clean and happy I knew they were treated exceptionally well in the hands of Olivia and her wonderful staff. They both smelled good and their costs were super shiny. I had added de-shedding to both packages and I can tell they did a very thorough brushing. I will definitely be using Furry Beginnings again in the future. And once more I want to reiterate how impressed I am with this company.
