| - Before I decided to write a review on Silver Springs Water, (or before any review I do, for that matter)-I read all of the comments/reviews posted before me. Based solely on the previous reviews, I zero in on the negative comments to see why they wrote what they wrote. In this case, it was a no-brainer because when the positive reviews outnumber the negative, that tells me that---well, to be as nice as possible--it seems to be a 'personal' problem'. Simple math: When the positive reviews outweigh the negative ones; well, maybe it's time to do some self-reflection?! I'm sorry, this is a review, not a blog. I just wish that us, as consumers, would be more responsible when making negative reviews! It makes me angry, and it makes me believe that some people feel--and abuse-- the power of words. It's like they enjoy it!
Well, my review is very positive! I researched many different water delivery services before making my first call to Silver Springs Water, and I talked to Christina. At this time, I was in the middle of a move, my car broke down--for good, unfortunately--so I was pretty stressed and overwhelmed! She calmed me down, and explained what Silver Springs is all about and what the differences in water are. I've been in customer service for over 30 years. I know good service when it's ME who is the customer, and I LOVE it! Christina has been awesome! Anyways, once I'd moved I started service with Silver Springs Water, they've worked with me--wait; even better--they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Anthony, my delivery man, is awesome as well! I feel sorry that I live on the second floor, but he's a hard worker!! I love that this is a family business, too, because it makes me truly feel like a valued customer and not just 'another customer'. That's a very nice, personal feeling.
So, yep! I just wrote all of that---about water! But I felt compelled to write this, not only to praise and recognize a deserving company, but it's been almost 2 months now that I've been drinking their high alkaline water, and both myself and my fiancé can DEFINITELY feel the difference; not only in the wonderful taste, but health-wise also! AND, when compared to constantly buying water from a store to my delivery service, we are also saving money because we both are big water-drinkers! I HIGHLY recommend Silver Springs Water--both the company itself, as well as their quality water!
