I have been a customer since they opened the location on camelback and 15th ave with multiple vehicles. I started experiencing a problem in 11/16 when updates/changes were made to their dryers. I mentioned it to the personnel at both locations, I've used this same car for 3 years prior and never had a problem. All of a sudden the dryers would not dry it correctly and would leave little dots all over the front windshield. They made it seem as though it was my fault and as if it were something I was doing. I attempted to call their corporate office, I left voicemails and send e mails. I never record any reply to any of my requests. In the end I requested a refund of my membership and they refused or still did not respond to my calls and e mail requests. I would say the overall value is great but if this is the way they treat their customers, I would not
recommend them.
