  • This place is always busy, but the staff is so helpful and patient. I was searching for a couple of children's books for a friend's kids and they patiently tracked down my book at another location, had it held for me, had another book shipped to the Y&E locale. The lines were a little crazy (holiday shopping) but they were so sweet that you just couldn't be mad or impatient with them. Damn them
