  • I'm so sorry to leave a bad review because I love theater. This has absolutely nothing to do with actors and everything to do with the venue itself. The sound is absolutely horrible (fuzzy and inaudible). I purchased season tickets, went to one show and left about an hour into the show. I went to the box office before I left to complain about the sound and the employee said they get the same complaint all the time, even from people with orchestra seats. A huge waste of my money and time. Will never attend a show there again. Phoenix deserves a better venue to see Broadway type shows.
