  • I did NOT like this place. A disclaimer: it was the first time I took my dog somewhere to be groomed. I thought they would try to make the experience enjoyable for the dog; was that too much to expect? They hosed him down roughly (he kept trying to leave the bathing area) and then dried his fur equally roughly. Both steps were very loud, which dogs hate. Then I realized they hadn't even cleaned his nether regions. What's the point of taking my dog to be professionally cleaned if they avoid the areas that need it the most? Waste of fifty bucks.
