  • Don't waste your time at this unorganized mess of a restaurant. Made a reservation with the hostess got to the restaurant and reservation was never put in. Then we had to wait for 20 minutes for a table. After we sit (5 ppl at a 4top) table it takes 12 minutes for anyone to come take our drink order or even greet us telling us it will be a minute. Just for anyone who hasn't seen the restaurant there is maybe 10 tables for inside seating. Service staff & front staff are so unorganized here you really just want to slap them. Poor management starting with the owner. If you are going to comp someone then you still take care of them as a paying guest. I told the waitress we rather pay then get the meal comped even though the whole place was horrible. The only reason this place might do well is because of tourists and the fact that the pizza place across the street sucks worse. Go to Grimaldi's and avoid the crap of mess the restaurant is. Service horrible, food is average no big deal and management sucks. Only good thing is the bar staff.
