Horrible customer service. Every time I come it's like I'm pleading them to do something really difficult for me. Since the waiting time is so long, I decided to book an appointment time.
After waiting for a whole FORTY minutes- and this is after the appointment time not including the time I waited in line at the beginning just to see the information desk, I was pulled from the list. My mom and I received the message that there was no more people ahead of me so I asked the lady at the front what to do and she said to just wait for my number to be called since sometimes they're not ready yet. To my utter disappointment, about 10 minutes later, I received a text message saying I was REMOVED from the line. Wow.
I thought this was a mistake so I went up to the line at the appointment part of the information desk to ask and they said I removed myself from the list?! If I wanted to renter myself in the line, I would be behind 105 people. Are you kidding me. The reason why I got an appointment was because they said the wait time would drastically shorten.
They also gave me another option to go to the "supervisor" or booth 21- they did nothing as well but chat with other employees and told me the only option would be to wait after 108 people. Worst experience ever. Hope they have an amazing day and never have to experience what their customer service is like firsthand.
